Rene Marie Russo is an American actress filmmaker and a former supermodel. The elegant beauty of Rene Marie is reflected in her long-lasting career as an actress and performer. Modeling began in the 1970s. She soon became one of the most sought-after models. From the 80s onwards, she attended acting classes, and was a theater student before appearing on theater stage of Los Angeles. Russo made her debut on the screen in ABCs Sable drama in 1987, playing Eden Kendell. The following year, she played Tom Berengers love interest in her first movie Major League. Rose was a part of Carla Esparza to win the Women s Strawweight Championship in The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale. Rose won with a technical knockout in just three minutes of Round One. Rose was also given the title of Fighter Of The Night and set a record as it was the first time a women had ever competed in a tournament with a major promoter across the globe. After this win, Namajunas continued to win more successful fights including defeating Joanna Jedrzejczyk twice which earned her Performance Of The Night honors from UFC in the wake of these wins .
